The company has a commercial service that brings the costumers all information they may need to learn about the product they wish to acquire. After their purchase, we provide a caring support service that helps our costumers to learn the correct use of our products and tips for its correct maintenance.

Proof of this service is that in the costumer’s satisfaction surveys, the higher scores always belong to the commercial department and after-sales service. That’s because the human value of our personnel let us offer our clients great quality of service.

PEREAMAR’s commitment with the environment is based in making the best use of every drop of water. For that purpose we’ve installed a water reutilization circuit and the necessary machinery for mud-water separation.

We keep the same commitment in the material extraction process as well, using only the essential amount of water for block obtaining and restoring the quarry once exhausted.

As the result of that policy, during the first semester of 2006, PEREAMAR was awarded with the ISO9001:2000 Quality Certificate, which accredits us as a company working under high quality standards.

Costumers

We constantly try to improve our product and finish offer to achieve the best satisfaction of our costumers. This way, we have the chance to manufacture blocks, boards of the costumer’s thickness preference and tiles of any size and prepared, if needed, for its installation in ventilated façades, with basic fixes or profiling.

Production

We obtain the ideal materials to make real any project you may conceive, thanks to a process that combines the extraction at our quarries with the modern installations at our production facility of Pinoso (Alicante).

At the quarry, the material is extracted using diamond wire, ranging shearer and hydraulic and pneumatic drillers. All this supported by shovels and dumpers. And at Pinoso, our elaboration plant, the advanced equipment is formed by a block cutting shuttle, a monowire for production of board of any thickness, four block cutters, diamond disc saw, automatic polisher, splitter, profinling, drill machine… A vast line of machinery to offer you a wide selection of products and services.
